Our newest class...we like to call it "TRAMP!" Beginning with a warm up, we alternate intervals of high energy, choreographed bouncing, with intermittent full body strengthening exercises. We may include tabata-like intervals and props, and definitely incorporate stretching.

With the spring free rebounder, you get a low impact cardio workout that protects the joints and increases lymphatic flow. Did you know that the lymphatic system helps the body to drain waste and toxins through its ducts? You will definitely sweat!
